Though red barns are the iconic image in the Midwest, there are a small percentage of white barns. These barns were typically found on dairy farms. Farmers extended their parlor look to the outside of their buildings, lending a feeling of cleanliness and purity much like the dairy products they sold. Years later this paint has weathered off depending on the orientation to the weather, the sides facing south and west show more weathering than those to the north and east.
Reclaimed Barn Siding, Dairy White is 100% Recycled and eligible for LEED credits.
